One Hour Carpet will move your furniture, clean under it, and replace your furniture in it's regular spot. For large bedroom furniture, an additional fee may be charged.  We understand your tile is a major household investment. Proper tile and grout cleaning will not only restore the beauty of your tile and grout but also provide a healthier environment. We will be able to identify the tile and what cleaning method will produce the best results.
Pretreatment of Tile and GroutPretreating the tile and grout prepares the surface for our cleaning process. First, we apply a mild alkaline solution to the tile and grout and allow it to soak. In severe cases of soiling, we will use a rotary floor machine to agitate the cleaning agents in the tile and grout. This pretreatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and other contaminants from the tile and grout. If necessary, we will use a safe gentle acid to attempt to remove any staining from the tile and grout that was not removed with the alkaline cleaning agent. Tile and Grout Cleaning ProcessWe use a pressure washing system designed specifically for cleaning tile and grout, acrylic, and epoxy surfaces. Our high pressure extractor process power washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the tile and grout and other hard surfaces. The floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose, which draws away the water from the tile and grout, along with the dirt, to containment tank in the machine. Sealing the Tile and GroutIf you desire, we offer a different sealing process.
